Ms. Groom is the Executive Director of Groom Law Firm, P.C. She is a principal figure in the firm’s daily operations, business development, team management, sales & client service. Additionally, Ms. Groom serves as a Psychology Consultant/Paralegal regarding select legal matters that merit advanced profiling. Ms. Groom has 25+ years of professional experience in Business Development, Operations Management, Sales, and Organizational/Counseling Psychology. She is a skilled leader with a proven track record of success opening new business markets and managing sales/marketing teams. Ms. Groom is a highly creative, strategic, and driven individual with a passion for business. She takes tremendous pride in the development of great teams, lasting relationships, and the creation of opportunities for the people around her to grow and SHINE.
